At Dabaeh Al Mamlaka store, we are committed to providing the highest quality fresh livestock and meats to our customers. Due to the nature of food products and their sensitivity (fast perishability), the exchange and return policy is subject to the following conditions to ensure health and safety:

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange of livestock or meat is not allowed after delivery and receipt by the customer, in order to maintain health and safety standards.
  • Exchange is only permitted in the case of a clear error in the order, such as receiving a different product, wrong type, or incorrect weight.
  • To request an exchange, the customer must contact us within two hours of receiving the order, with clear photos showing the issue.

Return Policy

  • Since our products are fresh and prepared upon request, returns are generally not allowed after delivery, except in special cases determined by the quality team.
  • The customer has the right to request a refund if the order was not received at all or if there is a proven major defect that cannot be compensated through exchange.
  • Once the return request is approved, the amount will be refunded within 3–7 business days, using the same payment method used by the customer (Mada, Visa, or Apple Pay).

Cases Not Covered by Exchange or Return

  • If more than two hours have passed after receiving the order without notifying the store.
  • If the product has been opened, tampered with, or partially consumed.
  • If the damage is caused by improper storage by the customer (e.g., leaving meat outside refrigeration).
  • Minor variations in livestock weight that fall within the accepted standard range in the meat market.
